How long does shipping take?
 Our products are typically not made until an order is placed, therefore most orders arrive within 7-12 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
no, I'm sorry at this time we are unable to ship internationally 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or we made an error on your order.

Non-customized items: If you purchased a non-personalized item, you may return it unused within 30 days for a full refund.

How do I start a return? Please contact us at hello@etchandstonestudio.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.  We will remake or refund your order at no cost to you.

Order Support

Can I Change or Cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that, if production has began, we are unable to cancel.

How do I track my order

As soon as your item ships You will receive a tracking number by email.
