How do I personalize my order?

After adding an item to your cart, you'll see a text field where you can enter your personalization details (name, date, message, etc.). If you have a special request, just reach out and we'll make it work.

How long does production take?

Most custom orders are produced and shipped within 5-12 business days. We're a small studio and every piece is made with care.

Can I make changes after ordering?

We begin production quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns on personalized items unless there's a defect or error on our end. We'll always make it right!
